How to perform the Bundled Stretch

This advanced stretch is one of the more risky movements and should NOT be attempted by beginners! It's HIGHLY recommended one ease into this type of stretch with initial low intensity and repetitions!

This particular stretch is also considered beneficial to gaining girth due to the intense involvement of the tunica. One can visualize wringing out a washcloth to get an idea of how this stretch is performed.

A flaccid or just slightly erect state is recommended for this movement.

Step 1

Perform a Kegel so your glans fills up with blood. Then, grab your penis by the glans with one hand so you can begin the bundling.

Step 2:

Twist your penis to the desired number of rotations that you are going to be stretching with. We advise starting with just ONE HALF rotation until you gain proficiency. Picture how you'd twist a corkscrew, and just rotate it and maintain your grip. This is the "bundling" portion of the exercise.

Step 3:

Secure a grip while bundled just under your glans as you would for any other stretch, and gently stretch your penis so that you feel resistance.

Step 4: This is an optional step in the bundled stretch, but you can make an upside-down “V” with your free hand, and then put the “V” at the base of your shaft and pull towards your body, so that your hands are pulling away from one another.

Each stretch can be held for 20 seconds. The recommended beginning repetition count for this exercise is 5.
